250g beef on the bone
100g smoked bacon
2 tall leeks
1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2kg beans of your choice
Salt and pepper
Leave the corn and beans in water overnight to soak. The next day, cook over low fire with the same water that was used for soaking from an hour and a half to two hours, adding water if necessary.
Add meat, cook for an extra hour.
Remove the meat, cut into small pieces and re-add it to the pot. Add the vegetables and cook until tender.
